Our application is a little different than some. Our application process begins with a free initial application to determine basic eligibility and ensure the property is a good fit before any costs are incurred. Once general information has been reviewed and verified, prospective tenants who move forward will be asked to pay for a background and credit check. This two-step approach helps reduce unwarranted application fees and ensures applicants only pay when there is a strong likelihood of approval.
